Hope u will get a good news very soon
Good luck for allzeushk said:Our timing is pretty close to gifkins, we submitted our application in Nov '11 as well, and just received "in process" on August 31. So, hopefully, we can get confirmation soon!
You are right, your case is strong. There are some diff between our cases, first, my sponsor and me are living in Canada and got secured jobs, so they dont need to consider whether our intention to return canada.(this may be the strong reason for the delay), and I submitted the case less than a month after marriage , we dont have any children, we have similar educational backgrounds and both are HK citizens.bobokiko said:Good Luck for you, you send your application on June , and ask to get the police check, really very very fast. But I send on March , but no any news until now. Are you living in Canada or Hong Kong ?
My case is I sponser my hunsband and daughter , all of us are living in HK. We married over 15 years and have a daughter 14 years old, my case also strong , but don't know need for a long time to approval. How about your case? Can you tell me more ?
Fencesitter , your case is similar to me , the timeline also same, but my ecas did not change to "in process". Did you recived any letter from CIC , request you submit exact document for them ?Fencesitter said:It's strange how each case is processed differently in terms of time. CIC received our app on April 13 and I was approved as my wife's sponsor on July 13. The Hong Kong visa office received our app on July 19 and the AOR was e-mailed and received on July 25. The e-cas status changed to 'in process' for my wife on September 3, and it shows that they started processing my wife's application on August 30. We have been together since 2005 and married in 2009. We had our first child on Oct 30. Lots of trips together and tons of supporting documents and evidence + solid proof of our intention to return to Canada.
So, I wonder what differences there are between our case and others and if our cases are all similar, what causes such a difference in processing times?
