In the recent email that has been send around to all the applicant. In the second to last paragraph they have clearly mentioned that "our goal is to provide first stage assessment for all study permit applications that have been submitted in time for fall" now the important thing is they used the word all not most and secondly in time for fall, so I think we all will have our decision by 15 Sept. Stay positive...

What kind of email are you receiving?? Is it an AIP letter?

I think it just means you will receive an AIP letter by at most 15 Sept. But the 2nd stage assessment's timeline is still not clear....
