I'm not a mod or an admin but I'm pretty sure they're already aware of this as these threads have been popping up for a while now and are promptly removed.
It is pretty unlikely that they'll damage your PC unless you visit the advertised websites. They're just automated entries made by bots.
Although it would be cool if they could implement a filter that could block such entires automatically as opposed to removing them manually.
