I have a question regarding the Paris VO IMM 5562 form

for the supplementary travel information,

on question 2 b, if the common law partner is the sponsor, does this section have to be filled out??

not sure if we did or not, but we did indicate it in a short note to the visa office. Plus there wasn't much travel.

Although in principle, only the foreign nationals should need to provide their travel info, CIC should not care about the (Canadian)sponsors.

I wouldn't bothering ordering notes it's just one more thing to stress you out. They take a month and by then you will be in process. Cic will let you know any issues. My wife landed today it took about 5 months to get COPR in mail. Good luck, be patient and before you know it it will be done. Mine said the same then eventually it changes to in process and then about 10 days later decision made. This is if it is a straight forward case.

My husband's file is already in process (since december 2012), but added medical info after,... so I don't know how they do things,... I ordered the notes but if it may take one month,... Oh God Help!!!

My husband's papers went to In process since Nov 29 n still waiting.... He lives in Tunisia so i am assuming thats why it's taking longer

No this has to be filled out only by the person who is sponsored not the sponsor

Im having problems with CSQ.
Im fillin in the IMM 008 and it asks if i have my csq number or when did i apply?

I havent applied for it yet.... What should I asnwer?
