Im on same boat i think, i recieved an answer to my status request email that mentionned : required additional verifications, im also at CPC-O bellow my timeline (and honestly there was absolutly no reason to run an SS :/ )

Stuck at NA2 since the lasy week of July.
The standard reply that I get is we need additional verifications when the gcms notes says eligibility is met and security not started.

humm i had a first apllication where i stuck to NA2 and believe it or not no agent looked to my case during 4 months !! so that can happen ! some times they take time to verify bank account, jobs etc and it can also take time due to their workload
 
According to gcms notes , except security everything else is passed/met. Security alone it says Not started

We are exactly the same. Don't know what's happening.
