Mr. XXX,
In reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada; we inform you that you must provide this office with the following documents:
- Updated schedule A
- Updated Additional family information form
- Medical exams
- Payment of the right to permanent residence fee
- Police certificate from XXXX

We submitted paper documents nothing thru email. RPRF via bank draft and fedex'd it.

Wait.. now they transferred cases from ottawa to mexico??
I didn't see any update on CIC media-center nor did I receive any email..this is surprising!
Do you know if the transfer is for everyone - I mean all MI-1/2/3 ottawa FSW of course -

Not all applications were transferred from Ottawa to Mexico. If transferred, those applicants were notified via email.
