Did you linked you application online or called them to know the status?Got my CoPR on June10,2020 and sent my photo along with a copy of my CoPR on July 7, 2020 to Ottawa office and Ive been waiting for my PR card since ....Sighs. Its taking more than 6 months to just print a PR card ....that’s quite absurd.
Yes I did - they helped me leave a message to Ottawa office to see what’s going on with my application, in the meanwhile they asked me to wait patiently.... lolDid you linked you application online or called them to know the status?
Did you get GU for the PR application? I got one just before they asked for a missing document, so pretty sure it’s goods news coming your way!Got a ghost update on my profile. What does it mean?
Two different ways of getting your PR card. Looks like the old way is getting the copr directly on your account and sending photos thru courier. The new online portal is still in beta process for what I have read, and having a shit ton of problems. I don’t think it was the right moment to implement a new system when they have so much backload. At least not all VO offices are using it.if they are asking to send photos by courier, why did they make online portal to submit photo for soft landing?
When did you applied for the card. Was it Ottawa office you sent your photos?Hey guys, I just got my PR Card today in the mail. Only mine came, we are still waiting for my husband's. It says it was printed Feb 10 in the Sydney NS office.
I sent the photo to Ottawa (January 12) and the back of the card says lading place Ottawa, but the address on the mail sender was Sydney, NS.When did you applied for the card. Was it Ottawa office you sent your photos?
Thanks, I have heard from someone else a similar response. Photos were sent to Ottawa but card was issues for NS. I am waiting for my card and I sent the photos to Ottawa too at the starting of this month. Don't know the status though.I sent the photo to Ottawa (January 12) and the back of the card says lading place Ottawa, but the address on the mail sender was Sydney, NS.
