I completed my Medical test yesterday at Dr Max Della center at Bank Street. Very well organized process for test and very friendly all test at same place. Highly recommended.

How much was the fee? Also, does he offer electronic submission of medical results?

thanks for your reply and recommendation. Do you mind sharing what kind of questions your dr asked you. I.e. Medical history allergies etc??

My time line app received 21 July 2014 AOR 23 Sept 2014.. MR 29th March 2015.

Fees is 210 $.

There is a list of 14 ques from CIC that Dr will ask and answer should be no It took around 45 mins to complete all the test and check up
