I got a message from CIC saying my TRV application is approved and my original passport is required, so I mailed my passport to ottawa on Nov 15th and didn't get it back until now. My friend of same situation mailed her passport with me at the same day and she got her passport back with visa stamped 10 days ago. I'm so worried because I forgot to note down the tracking number for the return envelope. I called Canadapost, they said they can do nothing unless I have the tracking number T.T. I sent an e-mail to ottawa office and get no replied. It's been over 20 days and I booked an all-inclusive package of Cuba trip, things are so messed up! I don't know what to do now. Anyone have an idea?

I have the same situation man.
I hope the office accessible to public; I will be there tomorrow morning to pick it up. I don't want to loss $4000 for my trip; as you know 100% non-refund.
