Congratulations..........., could you please share your timeline with us. Is your address shown in your e-cas before you received the ppr? if yes how long before you got the ppr message and was it e-mailed or mailed.

So what does that mean, is it not like an entry visa? How can you access Canada after Nov 2012? Just by showing the PR card? I thought the visa would be valid for like 5 years or something. Cuz I am currently on work permit and an entry visa on my pp.

Immigration visa is a one time entry visa, use it for last step--landing! After u landed, u 'll get pr card, which is valid for 5 years.

yeah, they didn't start processing the renewal of my work permit yet, so I have the option to cancel it, because I'm not sure when I will receive my visa and the pr card. So I don't to take the risk of any delay.

thanks sharuu, I receive it from buffalo, and they asked me to submitted it to Consulate General of Canada in Detroit.i wish you receive yours soon.
