Ottawa Local Processing Office - Most Up To Date Processing Times

Ottawa seems to be notorious for having the slowest processing times in the country. But recently some applicants have been experiencing a faster than usual processing times.

Do all applications sent to Sydney from Ottawa get transferred to the local office for processing? What seems to be the current processing time in Ottawa?

Please share your most up to date timeline of events since applying from Ottawa.

I believe all applications are to be transferred to local offices. I have applied in August and my file was transferred to Ottawa on January 5th, 2015 as per ECAS.

Now just waiting for a test date
