Ottawa IR office?

I recently ordered notes and my primary office was listed as Ottawa IR, and secondary office as Centralized Intake. This was not the same VO in the SA letter Anyone has insights and experience on this?

I have called IRCC because my file is being processed at Ottawa IR. Agent told me that it means that your file is being processed at the overseas country VO. Since my file is outland Sponsorship, my file is moved to Overseas Country VO for further processing.

I have called IRCC because my file is being processed at Ottawa IR. Agent told me that it means that your file is being processed at the overseas country VO. Since my file is outland Sponsorship, my file is moved to Overseas Country VO for further processing.

Did you get email that the file is transferred to overseas VO for further processing ? Or did IRCC agent confirm the overseas VO name ?
