Hello everyone,

Need a HELP !!!!!!

I made a call to the agent on 7th of march and had a conversation that eligibilitiy,criminality and background verification nothing has started yet and I ask about the time and she told me that anywhere in between 1 to 6 month is standard processing time.

my AOR is 21st nov 2018
mep 26th dec
IP1 26th dec
no updates after that

They never ask about any additional documents and nothing.
I'm literally worried about my progress .

Nov 2 AOR and nothing has started yet either.

So we are all on same boat.

Yes, they will reply through web form but you will get a basic response

Don't rely on estimation date. For me it says 45 days but I was told my estimation completion date has been pushed to June 11, 2019

I have contacted IRCC 3 times and they just keep saying that my application is still in process at Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Ottawa.

My case is in Ottawa, and I have already passed 1 full year (AOR March 1,, 2018)... I was told in January that I passed security and everything else... contacted cpc Ottawa last week via email and I thought they will not respond like every time when they ignored previous emails; but this time they responded with this generic email:

Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum.

I got this email almost 7 months earlier when I first contacted them.

I have already lost hope on this frustrating process.

i wish everyone all the luck.

What I am saying is that it is the same exact response I received from them 7 months ago when I emailed them for the first time.

Months passed, and I learned back in January that we passed eligibility, criminality, and also security ... the extended my medical in February as well.

So I thought my case is awaiting approval that’s all.

Contacted them using: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and was surprised to see this frustrating response.

Do they reply if it is within processing times?

Mine is just close to 5 months.

I called IRCC today and my eligibility, security, criminality has not started yet, They said the same last month too. I really don't understand how some files are left untouched but they send PPR to the rest. This is really frustrating
