Congratulations on finally receiving your visa, I hope whomever is waiting will follow very soon.

I'm planning to move to Vancouver, and been checking areas to live in, its a little worrying that its a very expensive city to be honest, but I'm definitley going there, I've survived in Dubai (at bad times) and I think I'll manage there as well...hopefully. I've even looked at Nanaimo and Kelowna in BC.

Do you know which part you want to move to?

Hi Kur761, Since they have given you the email id and specifically told u that your file has been transferred to Ottawa go ahead and send them an email.

I had sent an email to London office 12 days back, waited for a week and received a reply from them. Am also a 2007 Ottawa case file applicant.. just completed my interview at AUH and waiting for my medical re do.

Actually, I use to send e mail to Ottawa office on different issues since I was transfered from London to Ottawa. I was told one of the forum members after medical our files are transfered from Ottawa to London office after which we have to send e mail to London office not Ottawa. Before that I sent an e mail to Ottawa office before one month and got the reply that "we are awaiting your BG varification results". I will send another e mail hopefully in the first week of December, if I do not get my PPR.

What about you???????? Have you sent any e mail to them after your interview???????

Kur... yes our files are back in London. I had sent them a mail thrice couple of weeks back to the London office and did receive a reply stating that my med re do request has not been sent but will be sent in due course and then my address was missing. i hope they would have sent it by normal post by now. hope to get it somewhere in the first week of Dec. but there are too many hols here in dubai. so lets wait and c when it will reach me. i really hope they have sent it. will wait till the 5th of dec and send them another email requesting an update.
