OTTAWA Case Pilot Office - for 2007 London Applicants only

Hi Sofia,

We will go to Health Bay Polyclinic in Dubai. same clinic we went the first time. I'm trying to call them but no response so far. We'd like to have our medicals done on Saturday, 17-December and hopefully we can get a slot.

In the letter, it is also mentioned to pay the RPRF. I also need to go to the bank to request for a bank draft.

Yeah we also did at Health bay for the first time. I have make a tentative booking for the 19th, still no reply from my agent on the letter. Ok call Sindi at health bay ... she is the one who does the appointment for immigration medicals. here's the number ---056-7959164. I have finished with all my fees at the time of my first medicals. Y dint you pay RPRF last year? The officer asked me about this during the interview. I told him Sir i have already made the payment last year with my medicals. Then its fine you can just do your medicals as soon as you get your letter - this is what he told me. Now will they ask me to pay again?

I got the following reply from Ottawa office after 13days.

Kur... good to know that you got a reply. So atleast you know that your file is still in process waiting to complete your background checks. Do not worry.. its just a matter of time. 2012 will definitely give you positive results and your medicals will arrive soon.

Thanks Sofia, I got the same number for Cindy and also for Dr. Rita. Dr. Rita returned my call but she said she'll asked Cindy to call me back..maybe she's still busy at the moment. As far as the RPRF, we have not paid the first time as it was not requested from Ottawa office. Our first medical request was sent from Ottawa. So I don't think you will be asked to pay again.

Yes Eric... Cindy is the one. I hope our results reach UK b4 the hols and we get our PPR by Feb. Wats ur Ecas now? Mine still shows in process and the details "medical results have been received".

Hi Eric, I took a DD (Director General For Canada) and gave it to my agent. They sent this to the London office.

Pls update me about your Ecas?? is it still showing medicals have been received?

Did you receive your MR...follow up with your agent...My address disappeared yesterday...This is the first time my address disappeared..
