I also have the same timeline as yours, but our medicals were sent in Oct 5 (to be exact). I sent an email to ottawa few days ago and after two days they have replied that we will be contacted in the next few months.

After writing to the technical support about my inaccessible e-cas, and after they replied that they would do something about it, I have kept checking for the past 2 weeks and it started working again today.
We now have the same thing as some of you do, in process and "medicals have been received".
Does anyone on this thread have anything else, like background check or ready for visa issuance?
What about you, ahmadtajwer, it'd be interesting to see what you e-ca says...

Mine is still inprocess and when you clicked on in process, it sayswe started processing your application on such and such date, medical results have been received. It won't change to decision made untill they issue us with visas.
Ecas don't normally show anything else like background checks or ready for visa issuance.

Mine say the same as yours at the moment, in process and once you click through it says medical received. I guess that is what it should show anyway at this stage.
I emailed them 2 days ago regarding the fact that we are passed the date they gave us on our letter, and also to ask them about what happens to the status of our medicals if we do not receive communications from them before the medicals actually expire, since we only have 4 months left on them, and we would not be given that much time to actually immigrate and validate our visas.
We will see what happens. At least the sun is shining in London today and not too busy at work (hence writing this msg from work
)
