After all this time i have hard time believing that it is over today with this in person ceremony, 26 months long process. I wish everyone waiting to be scheduled to have it soon. As for my tracker update it was done today on my ceremony date, notice 2days ago. So not to worry if you have your tracker not updated earlier once notified of a ceremony date.
Congratulations! I believe I saw your post on Facebook

Wish they would do more of these and also invite locals like me who are being processed by different offices!

Hi all, any new oath invitations in Ottawa after Monday/Tuesday invites?

May 2021 applicant with urgent processing due to death in family / I was advised by Ottawa office on the week of July 4th that my invite is coming in few days; no luck yet

all completed in June 2022

They always lie.

Anyone else who applied in 2020 and still waiting for Oath after taking the citizenship test. I have been waiting since January, sometimes I actually wonder whether they lost my application.
If you have applied in 2020 and have crossed 27 month mark prepare a case for 'Writ of Mandamus' in a federal court making IRCC, the defendent. They should respond and give it in writing to the court as to how long they will take to resolve your case. I wish more applicants band together and start litigating IRCC as they lost their privilege to vote in federal, and provincial elections and were unable to travel or apply for jobs that require citizenship, only due to sheer negligence of IRCC. Nothing against new applicants but It's also unfair to process applications, that were received after 2020 applicants at much faster rate while making those that applied first are made to wait for no fault of their own.
