AOR September 18, 2020.
IN process October 2020 (without 3rd line).
In process with 3rd line in ecas on February 22, 2021.
Test invitation email February 26, 2021.
Took test and passed 20/20 on March 5, 2021.
Oath invitation email on March 31 2021.
Oath ceremony on April 06 2021.

yea 2019 applicant here and been waiting as well. seems like the process is moving well for 2020 applicants in ottawa for some reason

Still waiting for oath invite as it has been over a year after DM. Ottawa is not moving at all. I have called but they always have same standard answer that everything is complete for your file and just wait for oath invite.

That is not fair. You are so close to the finish line
 
Not to add to the pessimism, Ottawa office is extremely slow. There are a lot of 2019 applicants (May- Aug 2019) that are still in the process

I can see that a lot of Ottawa applicants didn't do oath. Even when they had their test dones early 2020 that is very concerning and Depreessing

From the notes I requested I found below:
During the pandemic, Ottawa office was assigned to support other program, and my case officer was left so mine was stoned till I asked call center last Oct, and they brought it to the supervisor's attention.
If your case is over a year, Criminality will be requested again, which takes about 2 weeks from the day they sent to RCMP

Hi

I think you must be done with Oath today. If you don't mind me asking how many participants were there to take oath. I just wanted to figure out if Ottawa office is conducting more ceremonies with large number of participants.

A friend of mine said 76 persons attended an Ottawa ceremony that was around 10 days ago.

Hi,

Yes the Oath went well, can't say it was smoothly though cuz CIC Ottawa Admin sent the wrong Zoom link and Password in the notification. But they responded within 20 mins after I emailed them my concern and issue of connection. Judging by the screen, there were about 35 participants in max including applicants either single or as a family.
