hello please help
I got a rejection letter yesterday for my visa application (for a 6 week tourist visitor trip) to Canada from India. The reasons given, however, are very vague. None of the checkboxes for documents are ticked but it says under "Other reasons" (ticked): Presently i am doing job hdfc bank . I have 30 months experience same field . as well as i had acttched my last six months payslips more over aggri land with J form .attached with bank NOC and submit with 15th days holidays from bank.

But , , I am not satisfied that you would respect the terms of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada".
Has anyone else received a similar rejection letter? Any suggestions on how to re-apply and address these rejection reasons would be very helpful. Thank

Hi, did you apply online or paper application? what documents did you submit? 6 weeks trip is too long for me. You could have shortened it for 2-3weeks.

Do you have a travel history?
Did you submit detailed itinerary?
flight reservation
Medical insurance certificate
letter explaining for visiting Canada

A few points to consider:
1. Your employer had approved your leave from work for 15 days.... but, you indicated a visit of six weeks! This implies you could overstay your visit or extend your approved leave without pay.

2. Is the agricultural land owned by you or by a family member? Is the Form J in your name?

3. Why a bank NOC? Is that a 'No Objection Certificate' from your employer or from the bank where you have a personal bank account?

4. Do you have a Canadian host? If so, is it a family member or a friend?

5. Does your finances cover the cost of the visit, including your stay + airfare + other expenses without borrowing from anyone?

6. Have you traveled to other visa-required countries?

7. Did you submit any bank statements? ITRs? Financial investments?
