Other name query and POF document upload

Hi guys,

My spouse(secondary applicant) has name as XXX ZZZ(FIRST NAME,LASTNAME) in his passport while in some other document it says XXX YYY ZZZ(FIRST NAME,MIDDLE NAME,LASTNAME).We have prepared the one person certificate.
1. Where do we need to upload this document,In which section?
2. Do we need to select "Is the person known by any other name " option?

we also have some Fixed deposit that matured which we are showing as funds in the same bank account.

3. do I need to show the fixed deposit receipts or just mentioning in the LOE is sufficient?

Not sure about the name change thing.

But for POF you will have to show the FD receipts and a letter from the bank stating the full details of the account.

ok.but the FD is matured n amount is credited into account. .i have the Fd creation reciept so tht shud b sufficient, right?

Then you will need a bank letter for that account. And yes, do attach the FD creation receipt too so that you can show where the money came from.

Its always good to have a bank letter because that is the only thing CIC has asked. Bank statements and FD receipts are secondary documents which we provide to make our point.
