Original Vs Notarized Transcripts at Buffalo, USA (Pls share your experience)

After recieveing approval from CIU I sent all my docs to Buffalo (3 June 09) as per the checklist. However I've done my Bachelors & Masters from India and am currently in Canada as a temp worker I couldn't get original transcripts in univ sealed envelopes. So I got copies notarized by a canadian notary and submitted. Do other people have experiences and was there objections from buffalo, did you get away with it ??? ...pls share you experience and approx the month when ur app was being processed. Thank you very much !!!

Hi Ad,

I will be suprised if you get some clear replies for it.
To my understanding notarized marksheets may/may not work , most of the people use the official transcripts to be on safer side , even i asked my friend to get it done for me in India.
Anyways i hope there are some positive replies to this case, it will be interesting for me as well.

CHC New Delhi accepted notarised copies of transcripts for narinder1981 under FSW-I. Buffalo may oblige too...
