Hi,
I am really confused about this matter. All of my transcripts SSC,HSSC,Graduation and MBA were issued by universities but I got them from my Private college which were not in University sealed envelope. Even now it is not easy to get envelopes from the universities because my B.Com is from another city and MBA is from UK and I am in Pakistan now. I am ready to submit my application for FSW but this point is still confusing my.
Please advise me ASAP.
Thanks.

I've got the same question. my university doesn't give the transcripts in an sealed envelope.

If you are sending originals and University doesn't issue transcripts in selaed envelope then get the documents certified from HEC and get envelope from HEC and ask HEC to stamp the envelope and mention that thing in cover letter that university doesn't issue sealed transcripts in universitie sealed envelope.

If you sending copies then Attest copies from University + HEC + Notary public. Get envelope from Uinversity if you can't, get HEC envelope and put them in that. write a covering letter and mention that as university doesn't issue 2nd sets of originals so you are sending certified copies.

In first post if university is in UK and its hard to get university sealed transcripts mention that thing in cover letter.

thanks

Thanks for prompt reply,
Another thing soon after I get any degree/ certificate I protect it by applying hard/soft plastic cover but some of my transcripts are covered with hard plastic covers and I cant apart them and if I GET issued university envelopes what impact will it make by putting plastic coated transcript into the envelope?
Thanks.

Thank you for your answers!

I am sending the certified transcripts and a certified copy of my degree diploma issued by the university and both of them are signed by the secretary and rector university (that's what i called certified). Is it ok? I don't know what you mean with HEC. I am not in London.

HEC means higher education commission pakistan. check their website on how to attest documents. Their office is in islamabd. This is the highest authority that can attest your documents. Better certify your copies from there for more authenticity and from Notary public as well if you want fool proof thing. And if you don't get university envelope you can get an envelope from HEC and they will also stamp the envelop for you.

Thanks,

I've just read the information and the copie of the diploma is already certified by the university as well as the transcripts. It's not necessary to notarize them because they are just like the originals with the certification of the university rectors. BTW i'm not from Islamabd. Writtong from Southamerica.

Thank you again.

Asalam u alaikum

could anyone pls tell me wat the address will be on the univresity sealed envelope>? would it be CIC sydney nova scotia?

I do not know some of you believe me or not............

One of my best friend just send the copies of transcript which was not sealed in envelope even he did not send original but he got the copies and notarized and he got PER.........further if visa office may have any problem then vo can ask him original but he got PER..............i do believe in Pakistan none of the person can get transcript in sealed envelope...........and transcript are issued in Pakistan only once.......those are with us and they are in plastic cover...............

Don't put any address on it. Just put the sealed envelope with your other documents in one envelope and send it to CIC.

Thanks

Even CIO does not check the background of the application except who are with job offer they check job offer from HRDC........they just calculate your points and issue PER so they demand only documents which support to get at least 67 points and ask for all the copies which must notarized except experience letter......

Wicky goto some good book shop or photo copier shop in Pakistan. They have some sorta machine that can remove the plastic cover. JUST remove from the BACK only and get attestations. I did the same, as one of my earlier days Certificates (Matriculate) was in Lamination. Never again I did that :)

Try to get Transcripts for your Graduation and MBA. UK Uni will issue it easily as its a routine matter. Getting it from Pak is a pain in the neck, but, do try.

could someone please explain me...what if i had original Transcript + Degree with me only
1. Do i need one more original copy to send cic.
2. or can i use my originals and ask from university to put into envelope and have seal on it.
3. would the visa officer will ask another coppy that i need to bring along interview.
4. At the end are they gona return my originals back to me.

Is really a university envelope for the Transcripts a compulsory requirement? It is not mentioned in the new Document Checklist (IMM 5612E). My Transcripts of Records don't have University envelope.

thanks!
