Original Passport sent to Canada Embassy in Manila

Hi Guys,

I received a mail from Canadian Embassy in Manila asking for my original passport to be sent to them, which I immediately sent.
In this letter it also stated that my permanent residence to Canada is ready to be issued, conditional to a final admissibility review by an immigration officer. Your visa will be valid for your initial entry to Canada until 11/18/2014. Is that means my visa was approved?
How long would it take for them to return my passport back? Any idea guys?

Your letter in not a very typical letter...
It seems more like a confirmation of permanent residence.....
Maybe they made a mistake when they chose the letter that they had to send you....
But I really don't know....

Normally they would not tell you that much when they ask for your passport...
and will ask for the Schedule A to be fill, as final screen for your application...
Also will ask for the Appendix A, where you fill the address where you want your Passport to
be returned by courier.....

In any case, if all the data is correct,
you know now that you can not enter Canada for the first time later than that date....
also you know that your permanent residence may have been already approved.....

That would be a visa... It is usually stated below the requirements appendix a, passport, etc....you must leave the KSA before Nov. 18, 2014.. about the visa.. just wait for it before Nov. 18, 2014 end.. i hope that they will 1-2 months to prepare to settle your status in KSA.

More likely your appllication has already been approved because you already have the validity of your visa...congrats!!!

My queation is that you receive your passport back from Manila? And how they send you like you pick up your self or they send through which courier service ?
Did you send prepaid airway bill of DHL or fedex or UPS?
