That means your application is approved, Just got mine after 2 days when i sent my passport

Once CHC receives the passport, they will stamp VISA and release it next day...

i sent already may orig. passport by courier last aug. 14, 2013 until now i didnt receive any response to CIC. or to send it back to me my passport.

It depends which country you are from. In some, average time for approval after receiving passport gets up to a month. It also depends upon if your embassy has been affected by PAFSCO strikes or not.
