Can anyone who have sent the documents to NDVO after getting the medical can confirm if we need to send the original educational documents for spouse? I have already sent the notarized copies when we submitted the initial application and there were no changes after that in the educational back ground for her.

Please suggest me in this. It is bit urgent.

Hi
Contact university and send university transcripts in sealed university envelop, in some cases uni's give transcripts to you and in some cases they send it to visa office directly , in second situation i will advise you to have "transcript order form" from uni and right an explanation to visa office that University will be sending transcripts by themselves and attach transcript order form showing that uni's don't hand trancripts to individuals.

good luck

Hello, would be judicious to send " only" the documents asked via e Mail through which your meds/other documents are asked for. If there is a seperate mail asking for additional documents, then send specific doument/s asked for. VO would make it clear and specific, what they need. Each case is sepcific. Do not go by other's requirements.

Regards

this is a generic request I got for medicals. they have asked for updated original educational documents and that is the confusing part.

You could request a CSE(Case Specific Enquiry at

https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new

While sending your medicals and other docs requested, write in detail of the education docs sent already and if there is no enhancement to education qualifications/ certifications, emphasize that point. Attach yet again the same documents( or copies as is right in your case).

Regards.

I am still awaiting my MR, but in the GCMS notes the VO clearly puts 'MATRICULATION CERTIFICATE OF SPOUSE' , in the request or pending along with MR, PP, RPRF ...
I had already sent the notarized copy and also I am not claiming any points for my spouse and neither the officer awarded points.
I think they need a few certificates for the background verification purpose.

My spouse lost the CBSE certificate, thanks to GCMS, I know what to expect and have recently got a duplicate issues from CBSE office.
So,I am ready.

In the request, they have not mentioned that we have to submit the original documents. they have requested for updated documents which I understand is that if there are any updates/addition to the educational back ground, then we need to send the originals for the same. I'm going to notarize the copies and send it and will mention the same in the cover letter too. Hope that works!
