Original Documents required for visa or not

Plz guide me which of the following documents, i need to send in original along with notarized copy in my visa application package?

educational documents
property documents
business documents
family registration form
Birth certificate
CNIC

Following items are required for Canadian Visa

• Original Passport

• Birth certificate/translated and notarized

• Two Photograph (with White background )

• Evidence of Financial Sources (Required Bank Statement of previous four months + Property documents)

• Affidavit of Support from Sponsor (Copy of CNIC + Passport ID Page of Sponsor must be attached with it)

• All Original Educational Documents (Transcripts and Certificates)

• Original IELTS Certificate and GRE Scores

• A Personal Statement for Study Permit in Canada (minimum 500 words)

• Copy of CNIC of the student

• Work Experience Letter/s (if applicable)

• Police Certificate

• Proof of Tuition fee payment


• 2 complete photo copy sets of all above attested and notarized

I need some clarification on applying for student visa....!!!

First of all can some one please suggest me about submitting the bank documents for 4 months...is this bank statements that include the total cost of money for the college fee and the cost of living....or just only statements...!!!!!

Second one....One my cousin is permanent resident in the same place...can he sponsor me for the visa??? If he can....then please suggest me what are the documents that I need to submit.

Third one....what is CNIC????

There is no need to send any of the original documents. you need to send all the property document photocopies duly notarized. The original documents that they are looking for are as follows:

- Translation of all urdu to english including marriage certificate
- Police clearance certificates
- Bank statements
- Job experience letter
- Letter of Acceptance
- Academic Documents
- Photographs

These are all the things that are needed to be send in original and rest photocopies duly notarized.

2. It is better not to show links in Canada as it weakens your home ties and give the impression to VO that you will not return back to your home country. But, if you insist to show him as sponsor then you need to show his bank statement, affidavit in lieu of supporting you, his ITR, copy of PR documents.

3. CNIC is Computerized National Identity Card (its for Pakistan)

Actually I didn't expect admission from Humber. That's the reason I am not keeping any funds in my account from last 4 months.

I got admission this month fortunately...!!! And now I am interested in applying for visa...


In website it's shows that we need to submit the bank statement for last four months.... Here my question was all this four months we need to keep the funds in my account.....!!! Or can we just submit the bank statement. In my case I am maintaining funds for last one month...!!
Can you suggest me that can get the normal statements for last 3 months and this month statement with including funds.... And apply for the visa...!!!
Any suggestions please advise me.

Well it is mentioned clearly that you should show the bank statement of last 4 months. If you have transfered this money from your parents account, attach his/her account statement along with yours and write and affidavit in support of that transfer and stating that he will continue to support you.

If you have this money from other source then you must justify it. This is the MOST important factor on which the visa depends. You have to satisfy the VO that this is your money and not somebody else's.

Not all of this is required:

Proof of tuition fee payment is not required.. you just need to show you possess the funds to pay one year's tuition + 10,000 living expenses.

A personal statement is not required.

You dont need to attach your sponsor's NIC copy if they are your parents.. otherwise yes

Birth certificate it not required.


Anyway, the only thing you NEED TO give originals for are:

Offer of admission/letter of acceptance
Educational Records
Test score Reports
Police certificate
Passport
Photographs
