I know it has been discussed countless times in the past but I hope I met get your opinion on how I am doing it...

Basically I am going to put them in a Word documents that is sectioned by year. The pictures will be in chronological order and will have short comments indicating who is in them, when and where they were taken. I will then take the file to Staples and have it printed in colour on regular paper. Does this sound ok? will the quality be good enough?

Many of the photos we have are from Facebook and many are of things or places and not of us specifically; those with us in them usually have only one of us. I printscreened the Facebook pictures I want to use and saved them to a .pdf file. I did this because it maintains the picture exactly as it is on Facebook...shows who uploaded it and on what date and shows the comments people left. I think this helps prove to the case officer when and where the photos were taken. Here is an example of what I mean...though there are no comments on this one: https://www.scribd.com/document/319468451/Cn-Tower-Bluejays-Game

Do you think I am heading in the right direction?

Similar to what I did, arranged 4 to a page in chronological order. Underneath each I said where and when it was taken along with anyone else in the photo and if it was an occasion.

Try to get a mixture through the photos of one's where you're messing around, formal engagements, holidays you've been on with visible landmarks (Eiffel tower etc), birthdays, anniversaries etc. Any events you've referenced in your application, or photos with the people who have made supporting statements.

Make a story of your relationship with your photos, I tried to get at least one from every month we've been together.

Separately I included a social media section with screenshots from Facebook with comments between each other's families and friends.

I also tried to cross reference here as well, for example my grandmother gave my partner ear rings which she stated in her supporting letter, I then included the Facebook post of my partner wearing them and thanking her.

Basically look at your evidence and ask if this proves solidly you are in a relationship with each other.

I am going to do one photo per page so they are big enough that you can reads the comments from facebook and stuff. We really don't have that many photographs. I am going to include 3-4 per year for the 6+ years of our relationship. I also have all of the Facebook messages we have ever sent to each other, as well as my messages with her sister/brother/parents that discuss the relationship.

I planned to do what you said...the referencing of photographs with the story on the development of our relationship. For instance, I say in 2015 I visited her and we went to Kansas City where we met friends. In brackets I write (see appendix 2, photo 4.

Sounds good, try and get a cover of photos over the duration of relationship and not groups from certain times.

From the sounds of it, just include all the photos you have - good luck! :)
