Organization of documents

I was wondering how people are organizing their documents?

Are you providing some sort of separators between the documents so that their easily navigatable or are you just lumping them all together?

For family application, ours;

Fee printed on top.

Adult application pack held together by paper clip;
Check list on top,
Application,
Followed by documents attached according to checklist. I also printed sheet that says what each document was, like PR card of XYZ, Biographical pages XYZ etc and stapled it with the required documents. So it is easily identifiable, and won't mix with other documents. All together paper clip

Each applicant separate like that and all in one pack.
