Organization and order of document - Application almost ready to be sent

My wife sent me too so many photos, first I asked here to take off some and then when it came here I took off a lot, there is not sense of sending so many picture i think 1-2 pics per even (apart from wedding) is enough. But I still have +200 pics

So guys and gals tell me should I just take out the form from Sponsor and Sponsored envelope and put on top of Suporting documents like this I will only have 1 envelope (+1 for photos) ? what to do you saw ? I feel like it will be better to take them out so that they can see code bars easily and don't have to take out from envelopes.

The barcodes are supposed to be on top of the application anyways.

they are almost on top as i have cover index and checklist on top i don't where to put them
