Ordering GCMS notes after TRV refusal

Dear All,

Greetings!!

I had my TRV rejected twice in early 2018. Reasons for refusal were pretty standard like everyone elses ie. Travel history, immigration status etc.

I am now planning to order GCMS notes.

I would like to know if the GCMS notes are issued into their system immediately when an VO refuses/accepts a visa.

Or Would they have to pull out my application which was refused previously & scrutinize all the documents once again to lay out the notes?
