Hey everyone;

I've been in the United States for about 12 years now; initially applied for an asylum which was denied twice to consequently being given a order of deportation.
We eventually starting reporting to ICE, trying to find new attorneys and options to fix our case. (i moved here with my parents when i was 12 yo). My parents were approved to get papers with my brother who's a naturalized citizen, i in the other hand have no case to help me. Because we were reporting to ICE, we were given a social security and work permit, which allowed us to legally earn money and pay taxes.

I'm now 28 and don't belong anywhere, my only hope now is find a canadian program that could help fix my life.
I haven't been deported yet and don't have any criminal background whatsoever, unfortunately i was not able to attend college so a degree is out of the question now.

Any information will be greatly appreciated. and prayers too.

There is no Canadian program to fix your life. You would need to qualify for immigration like everyone else. That requires skilled work experience, higher education, high language scores etc.

Unfortunately it is extremely unlikely that you would qualify for a Canadian immigration program at this time and without a college degree. However if you want to assess your chances, I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based program and right now you would need to have around 470+ points to be selected. I don't think this will be achievable without having a degree. Information here:

Canada also has other immigration streams through individual provinces. Not having a degree excludes you from several of these. The rest generally require either a skilled job offer in Canada or a number of years of skilled work experience. You can find more information here:

Any sort of temporary visa (e.g. work permit or study permit) is unfortunately out of the question due to your status in the U.S. Canada will not approved it.

Good luck. Hope something works out.
