Order organisation in the adresses

I'm doing the application online for my wife.
When we enter the date where she stay in the last 5 years, some are not reorganize correctly by the date.
So I dont know what to do :S
I let it like this?

I'd correct it by sorting it in a proper date order to make processing easier. Also it's easier to tell there are no gaps when it's sorted by date.
