OPW Being returned due to incomplete payment.

Just have a quick question, my OPW APP is being returned to me coz I believe I lack of that additional 100 dollars. I'm march 10 a applicant. You think I will start counting over again from the day I re submitted the OPW APP to that 4 months processing time they are talking about? Please help, thank you

Yes it will and...if your legal status expires before they receive the new OWP, you will not even qualify for the pilot program OWP, because you will have lost your implied status.
