Yes find an employer to make ur case.

Else migrate to another State e.g Sask or Manitoba and do a job for 6 months - 1 year and apply for PR
 
If you're talking about the work experience while studying in Canada. Then it has no value.
So the best option for PR is to move to other province and apply under PNP.
