my brother (age 12) and parents are in india

what are my options if i want to sponsor them?

Even if i can first bring my parents here and once they get PR they can sponsor my brother, that is fine.

Or sponsor one parent to get PR then they can sponsor other parent and brother.

I know super visa is one option but with that they cannot work..

I heard recently from someone that point system is best as they lowered points?? not sure if that is true or not.

Please advise.

My mother has done a 3 year bachelor degree; both my parents run their own business (tailor)

I'm not sure what you mean by points system. If you mean Express Entry, then yes - that could be an option for your parents if they can score enough points. They would need to score 470+ to have a chance of being selected.

If you want to sponsor them, then you need to make enough income to meet the low income cut off and then enter the parent / grandparent sponsorship lottery when it opens and hope you are selected. If you are selected, you can sponsor your parents and include your brother as a dependent in the application so that they can all get PR together.

Only your parents can come on a super visa. Your brother cannot. He would need a regular TRV. And you're right, they cannot work on a super visa.

As mentioned by Scylla, if you want to sponsor them, the only way is through the PGP program. There is income requirements for 3 years (3 years NOA) but this is a lottery system with probably around 10% chance once per year to be selected. If you are lucky and meet the requirements there should be one later this year (with application probably early next year or towards end of 2021). Many people wait for this each year and many have gone many years without being able to sponsor their parents, often giving up. You would need to be selected within the next 9 years or your brother would not be able to be included in the application (or earlier if he gets married/common law before he is 22).

All that to say that also this can be a way, it is not a guaranteed way. A more likely alternative is for your parents to look at qualifying on their own through the various program including Express Entry mentioned by Scylla. In those, you would not sponsor them, they need to qualify themselves.

Just want to add that if you decided to sponsor them via PGP, remember that you cannot pick and choose who to sponsor.
Your parents, your brother (until he is 22 or got married or becomes common law) need to be included in the application. And even if you want to exclude one from the application, they all have to go through medical, police check, security and your income level need to be for the family size that includes all 3 of them (plus your own family, i.e. spouse, children if any)
