Hello,

Is this possible that one studies in toronto and completes it. And when he get the work permit, he can move to other provinces to get easy PR? (accounting student)

Which province is better for PR?

Is it better to study at the province which provides easy PR or to study at better colleges and work in those provinces?

Help is really appreciated. Thanks

Hi,

It depends on how you intend to immigrate. I was an international student and I always knew I would immigrate using the Canadian experience class because that would be the fastest way for me a single student with no family whatsoever in Canada. This class in open to all provinces excluding Quebec.

The post grad work permit is an open work permit so it should allow you to gain work experience in any province in Canada and then depending on the province you are in, there are some provincial classes of immigration like the provincial nomination programs that you would be eligible for if the company you work for wants to nominate you. You would have to check what is available for each province and if there are any benefits of one provincial program over another.

It really doesn't make that much of a difference which province you are in if you are applying under the federal classes.

The best place to get answers is the CIC website there you can see the eligibility requirements under every immigration class. I'd say start there and then come back with a more specific question for a particular class that you are considering.
