Optional Document is not viewable

Hi All,

I have submitted my e_APR by uploading all the documents including the Optional_Document which is my Letter_Of_Explanation. Though an Optional Document, it was mandate for me to upload as I have updated my NOC and have explained the reason for change. Once after my payment was made, I had a look at the uploaded documents in the profile. But the Optional Document is not seen but the rest other documents above seemed to be uploaded.

How will I confirm the upload of my Letter of Explanation? Or, for a safer side, should I re-upload the document? If so, how to do it?

I have the exact same problem .. also cannot see the Letter of Explanation.

Am hoping this is a glitch in the system but would love to be able to confirm..

Hi everyone
I am in the same situation, can’t see my loe after submission. I can see it there after refreshing few times but it never shows up right after login.
Should I raise a webform or raise a technical issue?
