Option C

Hi,

I need help: I landed in Sep 2010 and didnt start working untill 2011. I wasnt aware that i still needed to file income tax even if i didnt have any income. Now that i am sponsoring my husband i need the Option C print out and my question is would i be able to send the application without it . I just sent my tax return for 2010 and i heard it takes a month and half before getting the Option C and i dont want to waste time. Any advice?

Hi! My husband also landed last year. We submitted our app without option c and he got approved. we just sent his paystubs and certification of employment. also a letter explaining that he just filed taxes and cant obtain option c yet.

Hi trizienne , Thank you for your relpy. so your husband also just filed his taxes now for last year? i have an employment letter and will submit paystubs that i have .
