Quick question. looks like me and hubby wont be able to submit our application on March 2014 due to some delays on the requirement.
Do my hubby need to request for a new Option C, looks like we will complete the APP by April 2014? Thanks! April 2014 is the filing of taxes?

Not quite sure what you mean, but if you mean you can't get he option c for 2013 it is fine to submit the one from 2012 now, as they know that a lot of employers don't have the T4 ready yet to do taxes

im worried if we have to wait for him to file again this april, it will take us along time before we can submit our app.

Yes, just attach a note to the one from 2012 and say you would not be able to provide the one from 2013 until April. Also, proof of employment and its duration would help them know that he did work in 2013.
