Can I have a sample letter for not providing option "C" because I havent completed one year as a immigrant in canada and I wanted to sponsor my wife .

Just say what you just said. Elaborate more if needed for clarity.

Option C is Option C. That's that. If that is an absolute necessity, you may need to wait until you file your CRA Income Tax Return so you can have an Option C print out.

I cannot provide an option "C" because I landed this year and haven't yet filed taxes in Canada.
