Option C printout

I left Canada in 2008; filed a tax return for 2008 to receive a refund form the CRA and did not file a tax return for 2009 cause my income was insignificant

Can I call the CRA asking for an "Option C Printout" for the 2007 or the 2008 taxable year

Yes you can , Even if your income for 2009 was low as many other Canadians due to he economy i would recommend u to get it if possible, you should file your taxes every year regardless the the amount you make. Hope this helps

It doesn't sound right i got mine from 2008 and 2009 and each year was 1 page . they are just a basic summary of your T4s, Not sure if this help but all my forms have the code RC143 E (04) at the top right corner. if yours says that i think you are ok.

If not called them up and get it resend to you make sure the send the u the OPTION C PRINT OUT sometimes u have to repeat them things twice.
