Option C Printout

My husband received his Option C Printout but we don't see the words Option C on it and it seems to just have the same info as his NOA and tax returns.
I am asking if this is really the Option C printout?

Mine doesn't say Option C Printout either, just Income Tax Return Information-Regular. I think that is the right one because I ordered Option C and that's what they sent me.

Thats true when my wife ordered her's it didn't say option C she submit the paper revenue of Canada sent her and she was approved.

You can also print out from my account of CRA website as following:

Use My Account to view and print your notices of assessment and reassessment that were issued after February 9, 2015. You can also view and print detailed summaries of notices of assessment or reassessment issued between 2004 and February 9, 2015.
Use MyCRA mobile application to view your notices of assessment and reassessment for the current year and up to three prior years. Only those processed after February 9, 2015 are available for viewing here.

but Try to attache the original copy, ordered by Telephone for CIC purposes

Thank you, he did use My Account online CRA to try to order the Option C Printout, but couldn't see a way to do it. The phone number to order it was there so that's what he did.

We will send the original with our application.
