Could someone please tell me what is this option C print out , I am gathering all the documents needed to sponsor my wife but I am not sure about this option C print out , I have my 2013 notice of assessment and the T4 as well,is that all I need to make a copie of or do I need more docuemnts

Hi,

1) Don't send them copies of the notice of assessment if you are sending it.
2) You will need the Option C printout, as it has more details in it, e.g. if you have been on welfare etc.

Just call CRA and request your most recent taxation years. We included the last two years.

It says on the document checklist instructions, the phone # to call for your Option C. And yes, it's NOT the same as your notice of assessment, and you definitely need to submit Option C to them.

and wht about the T4 ,do I just make copies of the ones I have or Canada Revenue will send me everything
