You are using the most current document list? Option C is no longer required. You can use your last tax assesment

Can you use your last tax assessment from your current country or must it be canadian?

Make sure you are using the February updated document list. That is where you will see the change.

So if they dont need the option c they just need the last tax assessment? We cant get that as my wife cant get into her cra account and she cant reregister as she hasnt filed taxes aince 2013. We could call and get it but theyd have to send it the same as the option c, which it appears people are waiting a long time for.

Will using a tax assessment from another country (australia) be ok? We have that, plus 12 months of income proof in payslips.

I assume your spouse worked outside of the country for the last tax year. In that case you include your assessment from that country and I would include an explanation.

Yes, it is not in the Document List BUT it is still in the Sponsorship Evaluation form (IMM5481). It's contradicting! I suggest if you don't have it, just write an explanation letter.

I don't have a job right now. I did file my taxes for this year, as i came for 10 days in November. Do I need to show the tax-related documents or option c form in the applications?
