Hello
I am a medical physician in Iran and emergency medicine resident!
I'd rather immigrate to Canada!
Would you help me with that?!

It will be extremely difficult if you want to continue practicing medicine. Would recommend you finish your residency so you graduate from a residency program. You would have to pass 2 licensing exams in Canada and pay to take them and then try to get a residency spot. The issue is there aren’t a huge number of residency spots left after Canadian students graduate and you have no idea whether there will be any emergency medicine spots left or how many. Canadian medical schools in Canada have increased enrolment and many Canadians are unable to get into a med school in Canada so they study abroad and try to come back and match to a residency program. Canada isn’t likely to increase their residency spots, except maybe family medicine, because training is expensive and many current graduates are having problems finding jobs after they graduate. Canadians may get priority over other IMGs even if it is informally. This is especially the case if the residency spot is in an area in need of MDs, often smaller cities and hospitals, and the applicant has grown up in the area and wants to settle in that area. They are actuallyfighting to get first pick before non-Canadian IMGs but that hasn’t happened yet. Some residency spots will be in French so you wouldn’t qualify for those unless you were fully bilingual. The most common leftover residency spots are family medicine, pathology and psychiatry. If you do get a residency spot you will have to repeat 5 years of residency plus perhaps a fellowship then hope you can find a job in Canada. Honestly if you want to practice medicine would suggest the UK, maybe NZ or AUS, other European countries. Would suggest the US as well if there is a change in government and policy. You may need to commit to working in more rural areas for a while but much better chances almost anywhere but Canada.
