Morden is a much smaller city than Winniepeg. Morden is situated about 132 kms south of Winniepeg. Morden has a population of about 8,000 and is a much smaller city compared to Winniepeg and job opportunities are low compared to Winniepeg. Morden is mainly suited for those who do not qualify under FSWP and one has no friend or relative anywhere in Canada.

Since you already have MPNP approval, better to stay in the capital Winniepeg.

There is no reason why they would not accept applications. The only issue is suitability of the profile for their needs for review and invitation. No harm in applying especially if the applicant is NOT highly qualified and is NOT in a very specialized field that have no need for Morden and surrounding cities. I am sure exploratory visit is NOT mandatory. They request applicants to make a exploratory visit to see for themselves if the city atmosphere is to their liking and to see if they meet a few local employers for possible job offer.

just to let u know tht i had a communication with ms. voth and she said tht currently thy r targting ppl hvng xp of manufacturing...machinery n trade... but stl i wl send my application..
the thing whch surprised me was she didnt mention healthcare... if thy dnt need ppl in this sector thn how cm nurses r being accepted ?

Sent my application on 23rd June and got a reply today i.e. 26th June stating that my application will be reviewed in August 2013.
