Opportunity to immigrate to a small city in Manitoba

I also got accepted for Exploratory Visit in Manitoba, I sent a request in January 2013 and got positive reply 1 week ago, I applied for Canadian Visitor Visa and now I am waiting for Visa, I am planning to go there in June.
No Skype interview was requested from them

Could someone share Exploratory Visit Experience...

What are chances to get approval for Manitoba PNP after the interview with PNP authorities at the end of my stay there.

You are right. Sending your résumé along with Certificate of employment, ielts result and training is advantageous and easier for the interviewer to decide on your application. It is even better if you will also include you spouse credentials. That is what I did last year thru mpnp exploratory visit. I sent them my request and they responded immediately positively by accepting my request to complete the exploratory visit. No further questions asked and no additional docs requested. They simply told me to give my schedule for the visit. Did my exploratory in July 2012 and received my loa dated
nov. 12, 2012.

My application is now in CIO. Good luck all. May The Lord grant our hearts desire.

Finally got a reply from Ms Shelly...

"Thank you for your interest in immigrating to Morden, Manitoba! Due to an overwhelming number of applications, your application will be reviewed in May of 2013. Only those applicants that are considered for an interview will be contacted."

which means if i'm not considered for an interview...i'll never be notified...

i'll just wait till May with my hopes high & fingers crossed

I have 10 years full time work experience, 5 years as university professor ( for the subject of “Psychometric Techniques” with a specialty on Psychometric tests) I also performed research on the subject, including a heavy emphasis on statistical analysis.
I also performed several “freelance” projects ( freelance activities or works) .These projects includedre-employment psychometric testing (testing for screening employment candidates) as well as pre-employment assessments for small businesses and clinical psychologist in my private practice for several years. Now I work at Visa Argentina as Training Coordinator.
I have an 7.0 for IELTS.
We have the necessary funds.
We have a child (2 years old).
And, I think maybe we could have a plus, because we are Spanish Speakers.
My husband is a graphic and web designer with 10 years of experience.
We are looking a great place to rise our child!
Am I eligible to apply?

Yes speed for sure .Thxs again for motivation in previous msg at FSW.you have your own ways of suggesting ideas.+1 to you buddy.prepare well for interview , remember as much as you can about Manitoba.After getting Trv apply for job interview in Manitoba .I know you would rejection but reply you need guidance and knowledge about company.some managers may spare there valuable time just to interact.collect visiting cards and rejection letter too.this would prove you are seriously interested to settle down .learn about community ,health care facilities and other amusement opportunity.Try to find job.gather knowledge about hydro and basic amenities of Manitoba.one small suggestion STAY POSITIVE.

I dont really know how to really prepare for the interview, I have been searching but unable to find someones interview PNP experience. I have still 2 months to go, and most of my time searching

What do you mean about visit cards and rejection letters, just to prove that I will settle there, I dont think that employers will talk to you as a visitor ,without work permit. Its readlly hard, its gonna cost 2000$+ for this trip but I am going to do my best and stay POSITIVE

No speed not even they received .well read about these things in forum somewhere.apply for job interview and request for face to face talk.collect rejection letter.Trust me these would in your favor.explain them you are on exploratory visit.out of 100 atleast one would respond.mean time make your cv according to Canadian standards.these are suggestion buddy.hope it helps.
