So my latest work permit got rejected, for the work holiday because my signature didn't look "original".
I am not going to be able to get the open work permit again.
I currently have a job on an Open Permit. My employer wants to keep me.
I was considering doing the OPNP to get my new work permit / PR and keep my job.
My work permit expires in 3 months. If I get them to do the prescreening application this week, would I make it in time?
Or should I do the Federal Skilled Worker with the LMO?
Which way would I be more likely to succeed in? I do not understand the Provincial Nominee program fully, ie the time lines, and how much chance you have of it working, so I am really stuck right now.
