After a long, exhausting week of organising a whole load of stuff I'm interested in what opinions are towards our case and if we stand a good chance of being accepted under CEC!
-NOC 2225 (Skill B) - as of today there is 6/200 applications in
-IELTS due to be sat March 8th - English from birth with GCSE Grade C so hoping going to be okay
-Common-law declaration to be signed on March 10th (4 year relationship) sending copies with application with all proof
-Have 19 months of Canadian work experience with one employer (Oct 2011-May2013): Able to provide T4s of 2011, 2012, 2013. NOA of 2011,2012. Ref letter includes everything required by CIC. ROE provided. Copy of LMO provided. First pay stub and last pay stub provided. Both visas issued whilst in Canada provided.
- Prinicpal Applicant police records are 'NO TRACE', Common-laws police records are 'cautioned at 13 years old with arrest for common assault'
- Waiting on a new passport to arrive as other one expired middle of this year (better to be safe than sorry)
- All forms near enough ready to be completed, signed, dated, triple checked
- To be sent off at the end of march
Anything alarming that could risk our chances? CEC CAP is worrying me :-X
Thanks for any input
