Opinion about the best immigration program to my situation

Hello ,
I am here in Canada as an international student and I will be graduated in december2020.
I'm doing my internship right now and I have studied programming at a college in Montreal (AEC 16 months)
Due to the new immigration laws given by the government of Quebec I think that staying in Quebec is a risk for my immigration project so after a deep research i found that i can apply to express entry(I am planning to move to Ontario as well) under the CIC category or the Ontario's Express Entry French Speaking skilled Worker Stream (I speak French and English).
So I want to have opinion of other peoples if there is another better alternative and more details if available.

So assume though in the first instance you are going to apply for a PGWP to gain Canadian experience to add to any PR application either EE or CEC

yes for sure but i want to know if iam going on the right path or not ?
Is there any person who applied for Ontario's Express Entry French Speaking skilled Worker Stream ?
How long does it take between submitting EE profile and receiving the ita time beetween ita and PR ?

Definitely less competition in the OINP French streams.

It used to take 6 months on average from ITA to PR, but there is a pandemic going on that's limited people's ability to work normally. It's possibly going to take much longer.

That's also not yet counting the time for OINP processing.

If you apply for OINP you will also have to provide a settlement plan for living in Ontario as you studied in Quebec.
